Causes of Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Unevenness and Methods of Preventio

1. Causes of stainless steel wire mesh unevenness
(1) A high and low at both ends of the heddle. The high end is rolled up and the lower end is rolled down. Inequality appeared in the middle of the mesh.
(2) Insufficient tension in the net, there is run-in phenomenon.
(3) When weaving plain weave nets, silk weaving nets with severely poor ellipticity are within.
(4) Woven plain weave nets, if the position line coincides with the straight line (that is, when the flat eye is integrated, the eyelet coincides with the straight line), the weaved net surface is not level. Because the position of the twisting rod vibrates up and down when the weft is inserted, the relative position of the hoop is high and low (even if it is a slight change). As a result, the curved path woven on the web cannot be on the same plane, and it can also cause unevenness of the net surface.
(5) When the card is sent, the net is uneven.
(6)When the volume axis rotation is inflexible, the mesh tension changes alternately, resulting in an uneven mesh surface.
2. Inequality prevention measures
(1) In the weaving, a moderately consistent warp thread tension is maintained.
(2) Use low heave or high heave.
(3) Cannot send a warp during weft insertion.
(4) Do not use wire with an ellipticity that is poor.
