Product Inspection
We confirm all stainless steel wire mesh have been inspect before shipment..
First , measure the stainless steel wire mesh Mesh Wire diameter , length , width , weight .All products meet customer required then can do package and shipment.
Second ,Some Asia customer believe the stainless steel wire mesh no magnetic is good quality.So we do test as customer required.Cut the wire mesh sample from the order products ,And then cut into small pcs such as 1X1 square centimeter.Catch the magnet closed the small pcs. If it attractive and closed to the magnet , then it is not as good as no attractive no closed parts .
Third , we have buy X-ray elements ,we can do material chemical analysis accurately .
stainless steel package :inner is carton tube,outer wrapped with water-proof paper, t hen plastic film, finally put into wooden case . All package is suitable for long term sea shipment.Also we can do special package as customer required.
